211 LA County, a 501(c)(3) organization, is one of the largest and most effective resource lines in the nation, providing access to comprehensive social services and disaster support for Los Angeles County residents.
Offers assistance for patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Single mothers in California can access various assistance programs offering help with utilities, rent, healthcare, medical bills, food, and other financial needs.
Bold Look Head Wraps provides distinctive, lightweight, flexible, and vibrant fabrics, offering an alternative to natural hairstyles or hair-free looks.
The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) serves California veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the state and federal benefits earned through honorable military service. CalVet is dedicated to helping veterans achieve the highest quality of life with dignity and compassion.
Cleaning for a Reason provides free housecleaning-once per month, for four months-while women are undergoing chemotherapy. All she has to do is sign up and her doctor must provide a note indicating that she is in treatment. Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service in her zip code area arrange the service. This organization serves the entire United States and currently has 547 partners to help.

Life mentor to cancer patients and caregivers throughout the cancer journey.
Khemo Buddys provides free bags of supplies that will help Chemo patients as they are going through treatment. It’s a much needed buddy through Chemotherapy treatments.
The Living Beauty Cancer Foundation aims to educate, uplift and empower women with cancer by providing them with opportunities to explore wellness and healing modalities while also developing a sense of community with other women along the same path.

The Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) and the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) can provide free assistance towards paying your natural gas or electric utility bills. The program helps income eligible households offset their heating and cooling costs.
Single moms can receive assistance and aid from a wide variety of assistance programs spread across the whole state of California. Help for paying utilities, rent assistance, health care and medical bills, food, and other financial aid are the type of resources made available.
The 501c(3) nonprofit organization donates sherpa throw keepsake blankets to palliative care, hospice, skilled nursing facilities and or other care organizations to give to patients experiencing medical treatments or a chronic illness as well as their families.
The Jewish Free Loan Association of Los Angeles offers interest-free loans on a non-sectarian basis to individuals and families whose needs are urgent and who may not qualify through normal financial resources.
